I'm with Rogers and have the same thing happen on my S3. Hope I did not screw up my phone.

now you are in  Network Lock then choose  NW Lock NV Data INITIALLIZ ..... wait for a minute then reboot your phone.
Am I missing something? Trying to unlock for my wife's Bell SIII...
